In addition, she has founded numerous organizations and boards such as the Visionary of Voices and Impact 100. To Mindy, her job is not just a job, it's her passion. Many years ago, she found herself navigating a search for a senior living community for her parents and now finds her joy by guiding and supporting families through their own transition.
