The Association of Professionals in Aging (APA) is committed to protecting the privacy and accuracy of confidential information to the extent possible, subject to provisions of state and federal law. Other than as required by laws that guarantee public access to certain types of information, or in response to subpoenas or other legal instruments that authorize access, personal information is not actively shared. Additionally, we do not re-distribute or sell personal information collected on our web servers or provided by our members.

In general, you can visit the APA website without telling us who you are and without giving any Personal Data about yourself. There are times, however, when we may need such information from you.

In order to carry out our business and to fulfill our contractual obligations, APA must collect and process Personal Data of employees of prospective and existing members’ organizations.   • The APA website will only use personal information collected from this site for the purpose of communication back to individuals who contact us via the site.
