About the Presenter
Christina Phillips, LSW, MSW
Christina D. Phillips holds master’s degree in Social Work and bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management. With over 23 years of experience in Social Work and Human Services, Christina has many years of Supervisory/ Management experience where she developed her passion for training, mentorship, and leadership. She is currently a business associate in the human resources department of Premier Health Hospital.
Christina enjoys speaking on various topics such as Compassion Fatigue, Teamwork 101, and How to Cope with a Toxic Work Environment. She is an experienced an experienced trainer having trained Social Workers and Nurses for Continuing Education Units as well as other community organizations such as the local chapter of the NASWB and National Library Association. Christina is devoted to the growth and development of organizations and individuals.
