This course is designed to assist those individuals working in the helping field. The focus will be on recognizing when individuals may not be maintaining a healthy work/personal balance.
Individuals will learn techniques to reduce rumination, which can lead to burnout and employee turnover.
This is a one hour CEU for social workers and counselors. Nurses will be issued a certificate that can be presented to your board.

About the Presenter: Earlene Dula is the owner and CEO of two small companies that operate in Cincinnati and Kentucky.
Prior to starting her business, she worked for 20 years in various leadership roles for a local nonprofit organization where she supervised clinicians that work with dually diagnosed clients and criminal offenders.
She is certified by the Ohio Chemical Dependency Board and helping those with a desire to enter the substance abuse field to obtain their certification.
Earlene has studied Business Administration at Northern Kentucky University, with a focus on business development, and currently holds a Master Level Trainer Certification from Xavier University.
She is certified to teach Basic Life Support and CEP through the American Heart Association. Her passion is working with students entering the nursing field.
Earlene currently sits on a number of boards, including: the Association for Professionals in Aging and the Alzheimer's Association Diversity Advisory Council.
