8 Mistakes of a Power of Attorney

Elizabeth (Liz) Martini, Owner & Managing Partner, Martini Legal LLC

Liz’s love of the law began early while attending junior high at Forest Elementary when she discovered a business law handbook in her school’s library during study hall. The rest, as they say, is history. She graduated from University of Cincinnati College of Law and was a cum laude graduate of Ohio Northern University.

Liz spent 30 years of her legal career advising and representing 2 large corporations. She recently launched her own law firm to continue helping businesses resolve problems and achieve success. She also helps families and couples with their estate planning needs.

Liz gives advice tailored to a practical approach. She was recently honored as a “Wise Woman of the Year” by Deloitte.

Outside of her work at Martini Legal, Liz is active in her community as a member of the Western Hills Community Service Club and Northwest Exchange Club. She served on the Board of Directors of the YMCA of Greater Cincinnati for eight years and as Branch Board Chair of Gamble-Nippert YMCA. 

Other notable achievements including running the Boston Marathon, winning the Hardin County Spelling Bee 2 years in a row in 7^th and 8^th grade, and runner-up in the Greek Week Pizza Eating Contest at Ohio Northern.
